We were tasked by Spotlight Sports Group with building a new bespoke website that reflected their new brand look and feel.
The website also had to pass rigorous internal security testing, load within a second on both desktop and mobile devices, and, of course, be easy to navigate for the end-user. It was also crucial that it worked across all digital devices, especially mobile.
The new site needed to combine multiple brands, all with a variety of different offerings, that all sit within the Spotlight Sports Group umbrella. We needed to showcase Spotlight’s partners in a clear and sophisticated manner, while making sure the different relationships were clear to website users.
The web design needed to strike the right balance between creativity and Spotlight’s traditional corporate identity and effectively launch the sports group in an engaging and exciting way.
We worked on a number of visual styles and page animations to deliver a creative outcome that worked well right across the board.
The outcome is a well-presented, information-rich website. The site highlights the group’s great sporting names and provides users with quick and easy access to downloadable content, ranging from sports and racing content, to commentaries.
What’s more, the site is fast, slick and reliable and uses a modern CMS that’s expertly positioned Spotlight at the forefront of its sector.
