As a next-generation SaaS platform, Harri technologies helps hospitality businesses build, manage, and engage their teams. With more than 30 modules, the platform provides solutions for talent acquisition, employer branding, applicant tracking, scheduling, time & attendance, communications, compliance, and analytics.
Juggling the backlash felt across the Hospitality industry for both employers and employees as a result of lockdown, coupled with their teams split between the UK & US, Harri’s marketing team needed a creative agency that would act as an extension to their in-house teams, as well as help bring their design vision to life. Harri wanted a UK-based agency, who could refresh their design direction whilst creating engaging content and developing their online marketing presence. That's where we came in!
Our aim with Harri was to establish a unique and consistent design throughout their marketing and web material for instant brand recognition. Our challenge was to reflect Harri’s mission as a Hospitality SAAS platform solution for employers and employees throughout the Global Pandemic. During this time our hands-on team took a deeper dive to fully understand Harri, their wider business objectives, and how our design would help them achieve their goals within the UK & US territories.
When working remotely, we first established a streamlined way of working for teams separated by geography and time zones. We used Slack, weekly briefing calls and creative planning sessions to exceed Harri’s expectations in streamlining and optimising our communication. Additionally, with the use of tools like Asana and Figma, we collaborated without barriers, resulting in high-quality work.
Our new design direction was met with enthusiasm by Harri's teams across the UK and US as well as by their clients.
Design - we pushed the creative boundaries of Harri’s personality, making them stand out amongst other HR/Hospitality SaaS solutions.
UX/Landing Page Development - We designed over 50 landing pages with the reader in mind, resulting in an increase in the number of people who sign up to Harri’s database.
New Product Design - We created over 15 promotional animations explaining Harri's latest products for their clients, employees and paid marketing activity.
Digital Events - We created key landing pages for Harri to showcase their thought leadership and participation in leading Hospitality events such as, Peach 20/20, UK Hospitality Financial Recap, and Rebuild & Reinspire - Hospitality Recruitment Summit.
I worked with Yasmin and the creative team in my role of Head of Marketing with Harri Technologies. The creative ideas which came from the team were exhilarating; lots of fresh ideas and always keen to improve as each project evolved. I was always confident in the knowledge that whenever we engaged Make on a project, the quality would be of a high standard and the service was good, with fairly quick response times and good structured planning. I would definitely use Make again.
