Double award win for Make


We’re thrilled to announce that Make’s work has resulted in two prestigious award wins for our clients at the WebAwards this month.

Mollie’s Motel and Diner, a roadside hotel in Oxfordshire, designed by Soho House, received the Best Food Industry Website 2022. IBM company Klarity, who provide cloud management tools, was presented with Outstanding Website 2022.

Using a collection of strong imagery and video content, Mollie’s website takes inspiration from the Soho House brand to provide visitors with a sneak preview of what the brand has to offer.

Since its launch, there has been a continuous increase in website users, page views, website speed, and above all, online bookings. We’ve also seen a high ROAS of 17 on recent campaigns across Google, Facebook and Instagram.

For Klarity’s site we were tasked with designing a website and elevating a product that stood out from the digital crowd. Our in-house illustration and animation teams collaborated to come up with a series of digital illustrations to sit at the heart of the Klarity brand.

The new look has been positively accepted and embraced by the Nordcloud and wider IBM team. In the time that the re-launched business has been in operation (over 18 months), Klarity has really taken off and grown in various international markets, ranking well in SERPs.

The Web Marketing Association’s annual WebAward Competition is the premier award recognition program for Website developers and the online marketing community. Independent expert judges from around the world review sites in 86 industries and only the best are then recognised with a WebAward.
